Bookings
A booking is confirmed once we've agreed on your route, travel dates, passenger count, vehicle and price with you directly over call, WhatsApp or email. Please share accurate trip details so we can arrange the right vehicle.
Changes to your trip
Travel plans can change. If your group size, pickup point or timing changes, let us know as early as possible so we can adjust the arrangement wherever we can.
Vehicles and drivers
All our vehicles are maintained regularly, and our drivers are experienced with routes across North East India. Vehicle availability is subject to confirmation at the time of booking.
Luggage
Please let us know your expected luggage when booking, so we can plan seating and space accordingly.
Payment
Payment terms are discussed and agreed with you directly at the time of booking.
Cancellations
If you need to cancel or reschedule a trip, please inform us as early as possible. Cancellation terms will be discussed with you at the time of booking.
